Interview with “The Country Today”

I see it has been a while since my last entry. We were interviewed today by Megan Parker who writes for “The Country Today”, a weekly paper that covers Eastern Minnesota and all of Wisconsin, primarily with stories about rural life, farming and buying local, all subjects that are dear to my heart.
It was a morning meeting so naturally we took the opportunity to fix breakfast and guess what I made.. You got it!! Cinnamon pancakes!! She loved them. If any of you would like a copy of the article, let me know and we will see about getting a copy to you.
